Check this out. Did Ann Coulter really say this? LOL. If so, how did she get away with it? Even conservative Republicans don't dare say anything like this in public. Even Rush Limbaugh would never saw something like this. It's too taboo and could get you ostracized. Wow Ann Coulter must be really cool to be this brave. lol

Well, if she said that I totally agree with her. As much as I love my wife she is clueless about how society works, politics etc.. without guidance and with enough sob stories, media propaganda she could vote for next Stalin 2.0. Just as so many guys here on this forum know how completely childish women can be in a relationship. Those same childish women vote with their emotions and naïveté.

Before I get to the three reasons that women should not vote, let’s tackle the issue of misogyny. Does thinking women should not vote mean that I hate women? Well, no. It doesn’t. We don’t let 17 year olds vote, either, and that’s not because we hate 17 year olds. It’s not even because we think that crossing the rubicon of one’s 18th birthday automatically bestows some magical maturity and adult capacity that 17 year olds simply don’t have: it’s because 17 year olds can’t be drafted. The vote is intrinsically tied to the draft. I’ll explain in a moment why women can never be drafted, but the issue is ground zero in why women should not vote, and why denying women the vote has nothing to do with misogyny.

All of these lovely ideas fall apart though, when one considers that government hasn’t always been growing and in fact, per capita government spending actually fell after WWI. You can see from the graph that government spending declined for four years in a row, before women were granted universal suffrage. 1920 happens, and wham! It takes women four years to vote spending up to the previous peak, and only 11 years to double per capita spending. What did women spend that money on? Two major initiatives supported by women: alimony laws that applied only to women, and could be enforced for the duration of a woman’s life, and Prohibition.

It’s almost funny, isn’t it? Give women power, and they take away men’s money, and their beer.

It’s like a bad sitcom. It’s also historical fact. That is what women did. And it’s what they will continue to do. In 2016, we are facing a Presidential candidate who is seriously advocating that college tuition should be ‘free’. And who are most college students? That’s right: women. They’re not populating STEM subjects (unless they involve taking care of babies or animals). They’re enrolled mostly in bullshit liberal arts degrees that provide them with no viable market skills, other than to work for the government, consuming even more resources.

According to Wikipedia, no one in the US is alive today who is old enough to have voted on the ammendment in 1920, assuming 18 years old as the low end of voting age, so there is no one left to scold.

There would probably have to be a revolutionary overthrow of our current political system or something similar to undue women's suffrage. In our country, the Constitution would have to be amended. We don't really do that anymore. Judges just redefine what the Constitution supposedly really meant and only liberal judges do that.

So without something revolutionary, cataclysmic, etc., we are probably stuck with this system.

Men do not vote as a block to protect men's rights, but social trends have encouraged many women to rebel against men and to embrace foolish philosophies. Many men also embrace these philosophies, and most men in our system do not see the problems caused by empowering women to vote.

Well who's idea was it? And why did the men of that era agree to it? Maybe the communist/socialist conspiracy in America, the same one that created the Democratic party and was funded by the Rothschild bankers, were behind it and funded it? Normal sane men wouldn't have.

I don't think any change is 100 percent good or bad though, with every change there is good and bad, both, including this one. I read some of the women suffrage pamphlets and they have some good points too. It's a question of whether the good outweighs the bad or vice versa.

But women are not all the same though. Maybe there should be a rule that only people - men and women - of certain IQ should vote. Like low IQ people should not vote, neither should those who don't pay taxes, etc. That would make some sense at least.

It doesn't work that way. What he meant was that since women have the majority vote, in a democracy in theory, they would have to vote to repudiate their own right to vote, and they would never do that of course. Because they now hold majority power since there are supposedly 1 or 2 percent more women than men in America.

People back then were able to see obvious connections that people today do not. It's also interesting that these pamphlets and flyers try to use well reasoned arguments and points to support their view. You don't usually see bulleted argument points like that in today's political pamphlets, at least not ones that are this logically written. Wow. People in the past sure were smarter than today.
