Mel Mermelstein is a Jewish survivor of the Nazi Holocaust who is angered and horrified at the gall of the Institute for Historical Review, an organization claiming the Holocaust never happened. Although itching to challenge them, he is initially dissuaded by the fact that the organization's standard tactic is to post a reward to anyone who can prove the Holocaust's occurrence, then ignore all petitioners and claim that no one has presented any proof, thus ensuring themselves publicity and credibility. However, a lawyer notes that this kind of lying represents a breach of contract, leaving the organization open to a lawsuit. Using this bold legal strategy, Mermelstein presents his proof, the IHR takes the bait and Mermelstein takes them to court. Now, Mermelstein must battle the neo-nazis not only in court, but outside as well as they try to intimidate him to drop a case that would lead to the Holocaust's occurrence being declared a legally incontestable fact.

Fact Check and Correction: The Institute of Historical Review NEVER claimed the Holocaust didn't happen. No one claims that. That's a total straw man. You can read their full explanation on their website. What they claim is that the facts and details of the official Holocaust narrative have been greatly exaggerated, and some details totally fabricated, to extort a neverending flow of money to Israel and Jewish groups for reparations, which is obvious and easily provable. The Jews are the only group constantly getting paid for their victimization in WW2 while all the other victims of that war get nothing, as if Jews are special victims who deserve to be eternally compensated for WW2 and only them. That definitely is unfair extortion and abuse of power. Such as the time when they extorted 7 billion dollars from Swiss banks with no proof that that money ever belonged to Holocaust victims, because they can do anything and get away with it and no one can refuse them anything, etc. That's simply wrong to abuse the Holocaust in that way. Everyone knows that, but no one is allowed to call it out of course, because it's politically incorrect to do so. Truth itself is politically incorrect in America because it is now an Orwellian state that has made it a crime to tell the truth. Very upside down. As Voltaire said: "To learn who rules over you, find out who you are not allowed to criticize."
