Wealthy insurance broker Tina Greenland, 49, had sex with divorced Nicholas Mouna, 55, after employing her to care for his disabled daughter.

The mother-of-three texted him the next day saying she "had a lovely night" and that she hoped he didn't think she was "some kind of tart".

But when Mr Mouna gave a "half-hearted" response making it clear he did not want a relationship she accused him of "using" her.

Canterbury Crown Court heard how she then phoned Kent Police and claimed she had been raped after her drink had been spiked.

Mr Mouna was arrested and suspended from his job, which he later lost despite never being charged for the crime.

But when detectives examined messages exchanged between Mr Mouna and Greenland they discovered her rape claims were fabricated.

Only 2 years? They should jail her for the equivalent jail time of a rape charge plus the extra months the guy spent on jail. She must also pay him for moral damages. Her actions are simply grrrrrr.

this is happening in the courts of U.K. i remember reading an article about the U.K. setting up a new law by 2014 that if a woman cries rape she will be sent to jail. i guess they started it early.

yes she deserved it.

time for america and the other anglo countries to catch up.

why do people put themselves in these bad situations??? No one thinks' anymore ...
1. sleeping with your boss / sleeping with employees
2. making false accusations
3. making false accusations & leaving a big paper trail

she's what the brits would call a 'Proper Slag'... I can't believe she only got 2 yrs, she should have been charged for false accusation, perjury, slander, a few counts of grievance & unlawful imprisonment.
