It will happen more and more as white men get screwed over, but the laws aren't going to change any time soon.
Tyrants never put it into reverse like that, they double down.
The courts will just allow women to skip the in-person appearance on the claim of being 'afraid'.

Each state has its own guidelines.
Some women, when they're ready to pull the eject, will suddenly want to move to a state that has more favorable (to her) payouts.

In my country they factor in the cost of living to estimate a proper allowance to support the kids & whatever else bills. They even requst parents to invest in Life insurance in the event that they die the kids have income still comming in or a lumpsum of cash to collect. American math just doesn't add up, .. it's weird how the scale for allimony & CS equals to how much you earn; your giving power.
