Study Shows Americans Sicker Than English

CHICAGO -- White, middle-aged Americans _ even those who are rich _ are far less healthy than their peers in England, according to stunning new research that erases misconceptions and has experts scratching their heads.

Americans had higher rates of diabetes, heart disease, strokes, lung disease and cancer _ findings that held true no matter what income or education level.

Americans Are Sicker And Die Younger Than People In Other Developed Countries

A new report shows that Americans live in poorer health and die at younger ages than people in other developed countries–and researchers say the gap is steadily growing. The report also shows that Americans are also dying at far higher rates due to guns, car accidents and drug use than their foreign counterparts.

It's pretty simple. Americans eat like pigs. If you overeat, especially sugar, you are going to get diabetes II. The American doctor tells you it's no big deal because you can just take their pills. What they don't tell you is that diabetes is a progressive disease and the pills just temporarily manage it. Diabetes is a system wide disease that effects every organ of the body. If you are a man and your waist is over 40" , you are at high risk of health problems. I always keep my waste under 32".

When I was in the Philippines last week, my girlfriend told me of several people who couldn't believe I was from America. Two said I looked like I was from Germany, one person said Italy, and one just couldn't believe it period. LOL Why don't I look American? I eat far healthier! Americans should really start drinking raw vegetable and raw fruit juice, freshly made, AND limit the processed stuff at the same time. It would make such a difference.

That's true. American food has too much sugar, toxins and GMO's. Sugar poisons your body and your body doesn't know what to do with it, so it stores it as fat. In other countries, sugar in food is kept more to a minimal.

When you say waist size, you don't mean our belt size right? You mean the waist size of our belly right?

You should not be eating processed food. That stuff will kill you. Make your own meals from scratch, don't buy canned or boxed goods, don't drink or smoke, and eat a healthy balance of fruits, vegetables, and protein and you'll be much better off.
