Hello,
When looking at this objectively, one can see ~
[~} The 1961 Cuban Missile Crisis was a much bigger conflagration than this because Cuba is only 150 kilometres from U.S.A. World-War III was averted there quite fast.
[~} There have been so many cases between 1950 and 1990 where U.S.S.R. and U.S.A. could have gone to war ~ airline aircraft shot down, defections, invasions into neighbouring nations {(Vietnam)}, spying, Olympic boycotts, etc. No World-War III occurred then either.
[~} It's very bad that nuclear World-War III didn't occur between these 2 powers. One wouldn't have feminism and the world would have been rebuilt {(slowly because of the much higher devastation due to nuclear-fallout)} in a patriarchal way for the next 1,000 years at least.
