Buddy of mine caught his wife in bed with a woman. Came back with his semi and a length of chain. Attached chain to truck and also all around the house. Pulled the house off its foundation and dragged it around for quite a while.

He's always good with mechanical stuff like that.

He should have jumped in bed with them.

It was not his house and he had no legal permit to destroy it. Felony? I don't think so.

The article says however, the water, electricity and gas-line were still connected, it was the police which ordered the gas disconnected to prevent a potential explosion. This might be the only reason I see for felony charges.

Otherwise I wonder what kind of felony this could be, it seems the wife did not press any charges against him.

It was their second home, which required repairings. The article says they did not live in this house, but somewhere else.
