An Australian expat decided to drug his Filipina's(she helped him) 14 yr old daughter and make a sex tape with her. The girls father is a cop. He'll probably die in jail.

This case is still missing information in detail. There is nothing known at this moment except the accusation by this girl against her mother and the stepfather. Anything to support this allegation? Any evidence that it is true what she says?

BTW, I do not read anything in this text from that link that they made a sex-tape.

In which media was this reported? And did they find this sex-tape and any drugs or not?
I do not read anything about that they are charged for producing pornography or for drug-abuse.

I read here however that the girl did not go home and the mother was looking for her, why did she not go home?
It is also said, that she reported her mistreatment to her father over one week ago, is this true or not? And if yes, what did her father do about it?

There are plenty of false accusations known from children against their parents in case of disciplinary problems, especially from daughters against fathers and stepfathers.

This crime happened in the city we live in, some of the Aussie's neighbors told us what happened. Some of the info we received varies from the official story.

The sentence for rape in the Philippines is about 40 yrs in prison(with no air conditioning). I've heard bargirls are under age sometimes. Another reason why you shouldn't go looking for love when your not sober.

I often see stories like this and find it interesting how most people just automatically assume the perps are guilty. I suppose when I have doubts it's because sometimes it's just hard to believe anyone could be so stupid. But then I recall a line from George Carlin - Think about how stupid the average person is, then realize that half the population is dumber than that!

If they were dumb enough to record the deed, then the tape itself will be evidence.
