Man Gunned Down By Police

They'll have a difficult time explaining this to the judge.

Probably they'll say a lie that doesn't make sense, but since they took the time to say it- they'll be let off the hook.

I don't get it: If an accountant were to murder someone, that accountant doesn't just get fired. If cab driver runs someone over & kills them, no one thinks it's fine because they did that in the course of their occupation- where they are supposed to be competant enough to not do that. If a bunch of construction workers demolish the wrong house, they don't get a paid vacation.

I suppose it's a bit illogical or unrealistic to expect for the people that do something to preclude that something, especially if the idea is that they would be blocking other members of their organization. Maybe it's a good time for people to sharpen their own abilities, mediate their own disputes (with the idea of differing judgement included as a possibility & just saying "whatever, no decision"), and stop wondering about what would happen if a somebody were to do something that is right but would be wrong in a different situation. Maybe add in some kind of military contact number in case organized gangs/invaders/cults/etc... got too problematic.

Sure, there's still the risk of "regulatory capture" & that's something to worry about- but then that's already where things are right now. Does it make any sense to continue with something that works less & less in the hopes that it'll be better than a possible solution in the future? Someone might very well not be the kind of person to pull a lot of the shit that's been going on (maiming, murdering, molesting, etc..., including screwing up someone's employment abilities), but that's not an indicator of what someone else is going to be when they deal with him or her. If they wouldn't be that way, that's all the more reason that they might be more trustable than them- certification or not.

The victim was a Latino male and the FBI will investigate to determine whether or not there was a civil rights violation.

"The two deputies — Greg Vasquez and Robert Sanchez — were responding to a domestic disturbance when they allegedly found Gilbert Flores armed with a knife, a woman wounded by a cut to her head and an 18-month-old baby. According to media reports, the deputies attempted to subdue Flores with a Taser and a shield, but eventually shot the man. Vasquez and Sanchez are on administrative leave, per protocol."

These victims of police shootings never seem to be model citizens.

Pigs and females are the only ones who can use their own cowardice as and excuse for murder - they can say they "felt threatened". No wonder the pigs always take the female side.

Frequently what is PORTRAYED is cops shooting people that aren't all "squeaky clean." The thing is that they go after "regular people" on top of everything else. Plus, not everything warrants the kind of behavior that cops direct at them. Plus, every damn thing is illegal & you would be counted as an accessory to it if you weren't the one doing it. PLUS, they don't even make sure that they go to the right house!

For f**k's sake- they'll be looking for someone they arrest two weeks ago, with an address of 71 Sylvan, and then go bashing into 17 Hillside & start molesting people. THAT is what's trusted in court? What does that say about the court? Oh, wait- they're part of the same organization!
