This forum is still better than others because it has free speech. So the difference is that here the idiots just predominate, while elsewhere they rule and censor any signs of intelligence. I am not sure how a forum could avoid idiocracy in a world of rapidly declining intelligence. Maybe a free speech forum where only Mensa members could post would work.

Intellectuals are still the butt of jokes in America (see: the Big Bang Theory and how nerds are portrayed in media). Despite the fact that it's the smart people making all those cool smartphone features and vast technological advances that the average American enjoys, intelligence is still an object of ridicule.

Why is it you feel more insecure when you know you're the smartest person in the room? Shouldn't it be the other way around? In America, the dumbest person is the coolest and most desirable person.

That is being promoted on purpose in the US by the elite, they want a 2 digit IQ across the board to pull UN 21 off....
