As you can see Mexico is a favorite destination for expats and the last thing the US government wants is millions of tax payers leaving the reservation all at the same time. That would be really bad for business. You see, the US is arguably the most corrupt country on earth which should be painfully obvious before the end of this year. At that point, Americans will be leaving in droves...
