Announcement of the Ministry of Health of Cambodia regarding the authorization of passengers with complete COVID-19 vaccines to enter Cambodia by "No need to quarantine" from 15 November 2021 onwards 🗯•
(1) Passengers who have been fully vaccinated with COVID-19 and enter Cambodia by air, sea and land must present the following documents:
(1.1) card or certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 which provides complete information about basic vaccination(1.2) Health certificate confirming that they are not infected with COVID-19 Passed a PCR test for no more than 72 hours before arriving in Cambodia. It must be a medical facility recognized by the health authority of the country of origin.(1.3) On arrival in Cambodia, passengers must take Rapid Test for COVID-19 at the entrance to the country. And have to wait 15-20 minutes for the test results. If the result is negative, the person can travel independently throughout Cambodia. without limiting the district / area or province / city in any way, and there is no need to "detain"•
(2) For passengers who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 and traveled to Cambodia Must pass a PCR test for COVID-19 and self-quarantine for 14 days according to the measures in force.•
(3) Passengers who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are currently quarantined at quarantine centers, hotels, and homes across the country. and not infected with COVID-19 will be allowed to be released from quarantine From 15 November 2021 onwards•
As for health insurance, it is unclear. (which used to be a required document before such announcement)

Traveling to Cambodia by land It may still take some time. in coordinating the details before they can leave Thailand and able to enter Cambodia by land•
