This is all planned out decades in advance, why would they off shore all chip manufacturing to Asia and most of it to Taiwan after 9/11 ? The US produced roughly 95% of the worlds chips pre 9/11 now it is less than 5. Americans can no longer make Frito lay chips they are so stupid now.
