Oh I certainly don't see myself as lean at 5-8 and about 187 pounds. I've got a fake hip and a fake knee, and can't just haul off and run three miles whenever I'm feeling a little corpulent. But I get a lot of exercise of one type or another, and stay always on the verge of being in shape, if never completely in it. You don't want to push an old body too hard.
