Unlock Samsung Phones with Samsung Tool Pro

I downloaded the Samsung Tool pro to unlock my Samsung smartphone. After successful installation, the programme shows error message 'Card not found' has someone used this programme to unlock any of Samsung device? If so, plea.se help me to use this program properly
