What Adams says is true but misses the point. The important point is that the vast majority of every race is moronic scum deserving extermination. Moving to a white neighborhood may reduce your chances of being mugged, but probably increases your chance that your children will be indoctrinated with satanism. So that isn't an ideal solution.

I don't think it's hate; I think most Blacks like seeing Whites around since it means that the area can't be totally rotten. IOW, they are smart enough to realize that they are the on the bottom. Of course, what Adams said about Whites are better off living far away from Blacks is completely accurate.
