Feminist: Women oppressed by men's stares

Post by Traveler »

"It communicates that all bodies are available to me, that as a man, I control all space, and thus, any body that enters that space is mine to leer at and comment upon (verbally and non-verbally).

My gaze also communicates that I have the weight of capitalist patriarchy behind me.

Behind my stare exists an advertising industry that objectifies women’s bodies for incredible profit.

Behind my stare is a political system that seeks to regulate women’s bodies outside of their control.

Behind my stare is a pornography and media machine that communicates in nearly every single message that women are endlessly inadequate, weak objects and that men are dominant, in control, and powerful...

Is it the same thing when men are objectified in a Calvin Klein ad or when a someone stares at my body at the pool?

No, simply because there is not the weight of an all-encompassing system of gender oppression behind that objectification."

Wow, I didn't realize that looking at a woman could be so offensive.

Yes, now just looking at a woman is considered "visual harassment" by feminists. I love how liberals like to make women out to be victims. In this case, a man simply looking at a woman is now considered "harassment."

The picture below shows a photograph of Winston looking at a woman. Would feminists call this, 'visual harassment?'

I don't even worry about feminism anymore. Look it. Feminism is a sick, wicked ideology. Normal, healthy people may believe a few of feminism's lies. However, most rational, healthy people are not going to become card carrying, flag waving feminists. That is for truly sick people. Just think of the prominent feminists and you can see what kind of sick individuals they are. And if you know any ball busting, angry beastly women, you can assure yourself that she's probably a feminist.

Look for women who are willingly obedient. Any woman who is disobedient is a feminist. Any woman who is obedient is not a feminist. This shouldn't be a forced or dominance type relationship at all. Rather it should flow naturally and effortlessly, with the woman naturally fulfilling her role as the woman, and with the man being in charge as the man, without force. Because that's the way it was meant to be, and that is where there is peace, and that is what brings joy.

If you want to find a woman who wants to live as your androgynous roommate who you happened to have intercourse with, then you can do that too. That's up to you how you want to live your life (for you reprobates who can't agree to disagree I am not telling you what to do only what should be done) then go right ahead.

What about women that are aversive to being stared 'at'? Or the ones, that look down on men - a weird mix between dominance qualities and being a natural women - which I feel, which makes this thorny - is that most females are that way.

They love to be difficult, and gain as much power as they're allowed. That's just a natural female trait - and we're letting it run all over the place. I get what you're saying, though.

Men are depriving women of oxygen by breathing in higher volumes of air!

Some of them like to pretend like they're playing a game, but what they really want is for the man to insist upon being the man the first couple of times*. But many will just go along automatically. I can't tell the percentage because I truly believe we don't get to choose those types of women, but rather that God puts them in our paths, and then it is up to us whether to grab her or not. It doesn't matter what most women are like. The ones who qualify are the ones who count. The ones who do not qualify do not count, nor should they ever be counted. Not unless you to play the woman.

There is a lot of feminist SJW bullshit that crowds around this issue. It is also bullshit because most hetro feminists don't mind being stared at by some Chad Thundercock. Looking at a girl, asking her out is only creepy if she doesn't find you attractive enough, or in terms of asking, if she is having one of those days which anyone can be prone to. Would anyone want to talk to a stranger if you just found out you got cancer?

OTOH, how many of us would be all hunky dory with having some land whale or a gay dude checking us out.
I'd bet there would be some here who would want to react to the latter with violence and many that would react with disgust and or horror to have this manatee eye hump you or worse actually talk to you.

I might be pathetic and desperate... no might, I am, but having someone like that check me out would seriously creep me out. Let alone if she would moo on with the "hey baby" "I'd like to get me some of that"
shudder.

pretty soon clothes will be deemed as oppressive. Anything man-made will be oppressive/sexist. Hey, someone should tell them that eve came from adam's rib. I guess they're oppressing themselves lol.

That's pretty fuckin' crazy! I think these women forget about their own minds in these cases- that tehy could just be THINKING about these things & that's it. A man's not trying to rape her because he's walking around with a dick- she might WORRY about it, but it's not the same thing as someone making an attempt.

So now eye contact is considered to be harassment? Just ignore feminists, it'll soon die down

I used to get at least one blunt offer per day by a homosexual while walking down the street, back when I was living in San Francisco ("you're a handsome guy, I'd really like to suck your cock, I'll stick my tongue up your ass if you want") plus about 10 requests from bums for "spare change". I never got angry, but it did cause me to develop a shield around myself and to automatically say "no" (later "no, thank you" when I decided to show some self-respect by acting like the superior man I am instead of like a rude peasant) to anyone approaching me with sexual intent. Now, obviously, what I should have done is develop s shield that would screen the men and bums and hideous women while letting the attractive women thru. But my time was limited then, I needed a quick solution and so I what I got was the screen that pushed everyone off. I think this is the real reason I can't get women currently.

If women are being affected similarly to me, that is developing bitch shields that screen all the men, even men they want, because they feel constantly under attack, then maybe it's in men's best interests to side with the SJWs on this issue. I really believe s lot of women in developed countries are miserable from lack of sex, they know they need more sex, and they know all women chasing the top 20% of men is doomed to failure, but the whole culture causes then to shut down sexually and act counter-productively. The slut shaming of guys in this forum, for example. Biblical patriarchy is NOT coming back. The only way forwards is forwards. We should be thinking how to make a future that benefits ordinary men. Realistic options.

I sometimes think that a frag-grenade has gone off in our culture. Nobody knows what to expect when you go out your front door, and outside. There's no one "set" culture, and everywhere are weirdo's of all kinds making a statement. You never know who you're going to meet. I can't help but think this creates a general disharmony. Men are uncomfortable, and so are women. Everybody just avoids each other and is afraid of one another because everyone's different. We don't want to offend someone - and know that everyone is so 'different' and we don't want to offend them somehow. Add to all that - people don't walk anywhere on the streets, but drive everywhere further limiting the social interaction... it's just a horrible situation.

Take as many Saul Alinsky dystopian "revolutionary ideas" and pump them into one place, and you have America. It's a giant 3- ring.
I think the reason almost every SCENE in any country is better is a distinct culture, RUNNING through it.

I just give up on dating. I honestly, have completely. Most women seem to have attitudes or, appear bitchy & defensive. American culture sucks for dating.
Misery and happiness are only states of mind.
