Shaming factor still exists in some women abroad

I was conversing with a woman on TAGGED from Mexico, and I asked her why wasn't she married.
She replied that it's because she's a single mother.

Try asking that question to an Americanized or straight-up AW, and she retort that these men
aren't s.hit out here or that she just got out of an abusive relationship and is "doing me" right
now.
Mind you: she's overweight, but nevertheless, she's a woman that knows her place.
