Millenials are not the same caliber as older generations

Something has been gnawing at me for a very long time now, and that is the obvious weakness easily observed in the white race and even other races. Not only that but stupidity is the norm. Hold on to your hats because this will go a little deeper than the title insinuates. Millenials and Gen Zers are nothing compared to their baby boomer, Gen X counterparts. I'm a millenial myself, and have no problem admitting this because it's a reality. Don't get me wrong if you think I'm saying that boomers are saints because they certainly did a number on the United States. But what I'm talking about is strength, intelligence and competence.
Millenials and Gen Zers are weak and DUMB compared to older generations, and this should be obvious to anybody with half a brain. Look at the white male beta boys and soyboys walking around these days. They look soft, feminine and often times super skinny and fragile. They look like boys, as if they never achieved adulthood. Now excuse me for a second, I'm not trying to be mean or offensive to millenials because the truth is it's not their fault. I believe that people after generation X have basically been robbed of their adulthood. They are just simply not on the same level as previous generations.
In the construction field ESPECIALLY, millenials are NOTHING compared to even 60-65 year old boomers today. How do I know this, because I've seen it time and time and time and time and time and time and time again. A 60 year old boomer can usually outperform, out work a 20-30 year old guy NO PROBLEM. When I was hired at a labor/construction job years ago I boss telling me something like," I've never hired a young person before that could work like you." But believe it or not the only way that's the case is because of my sheer willpower. My body hated every DAMN millisecond of it, but I push myself. I force myself to do what I have to do. Now compare me at the time to the crew of old, battered, arthritis ridden, back pain plagued boomers. They kick ass. I remember this 58 year old guy weed wacking and mowing like the damn energizer bunny. I was dying out there, but I DID IT. I remember seeing the boss hire younger guys, and they look so weak. They look like they are in PAIN doing the work. And they all end up quitting. They couldn't handle it. And I KNEW they couldn't handle it because you can see it in their eyes. You can look at their weak little body trying to do the work , hating it and wishing they could be back on the sofa with the AC, mini pizza bagels and the video game controller.
Look at the new Star Wars films. The young actors look like kids. They look like freaking kids. Those officers in the Empire don't look like generals and admirals. They look like kids. Compare that to Star Wars A New Hope. Han Solo, Leia and Lando are all young but they look like ADULTS. Look at Arnold in his prime. I'm pretty confident there will never be a millenial, gen z equivalent of Arnold. There'll never be a Mel Gibson equivalent millenial. We're just to weak, soft and dumbed down. Millenials don't have the intellectual competence to do the tasks the boomers found so easy either.
How many millenial owned construction companies do you see? Almost always it's a Gen Xer or Boomer running the show. Why is that? It's because the millenials do not have the same intellectual competence to start and do the work required to keep these companies going.
There was an episode of "Garage Rehab" that I saw. It was a business in California I think. The dad wanted to give the shop to his son. But if you look at his son you can tell he's not that into it. He looks weak. He looks like he can't handle it. He looks like he doesn't want to handle it. I think in the 50s if a dad was passing on a potentially lucrative business to his son. Their son would try to outdo his dad, they'd try to kick ass at it and be stoked about it at the same time and the most important thing of all, it would come naturally.
More evidence of this, millenials look like millenials. Have you noticed this? For example, all the famous baby boomer actors when they were younger, did they look like millenials? When tom cruise was 30 years old did he look like a thirty year old millenial does today. When Mel Gibson was thirty did he look like even an alpha millenial would today? No, sometimes the differences are subtle, but you can tell that he's a young baby boomer. Tougher, more adult like, more competent, more energetic.
Have you noticed older generations look like adults even when they were twenty something, whereas oftentimes thirty something year old millenials look like kids still?
Look at Harrison Ford. He always looked like an ADULT. Kurt Russell-adult. George Clooney-adult Look at Tom Cruise-adult. Look at even Gen Xers like Ben Affleck or Daniel Craig- ADULTS. Look at even more of the beta boomer actors. Jeff Goldblum ADULT. Christopher Walken adult.
Let's look at some millenial actors and even action stars. Channing Tatum, still has a boyish, millenial look. Jonah Hill? Adam Driver-total millenial, kid look Daniel Radcliffe-total millenial, boy look even in his movie The Jungle. Jesse Eisenberg-Nuff Said Dave Franco millenial boy look Chris Hemsworth still has a boyish look up him despite being more manly than most
I could go on and on with these examples. If you watch a bunch of different YouTube channels. You'll see tons of millenial dudes-Bodybuilding millenials, political millenials, gadget millenials, gamer millenials. There are TONS that have the soyboy or just boy look. I don't even want to name examples because I'm not trying to insult millenials. I am a millenial. It's just as obvious as the blue sky. The younger generations are weaker and dumber versions of their ancestors.
I think there are very few things that millenials excel at in comparison to their ancestors. There are genius level millenial programmers. And millenials are very good at dissecting bullshit(or propagating bullshit) and to some extent being creative.
This is NOT the snowflake participation trophy award problem. I see that ALL THE TIME. This is a chemical, GMO, EMF pollution poisoning of the young adults, and it seems to have affected whites the most. Many young blacks and Hispanics can get that adult look and mind still despite being young.
The only exceptions I see are UFC fighters. UFC fighters probably are the closest looking to adults that millenials will ever get, especially whites.
T levels are dropping. This has already been statistically researched. Look at Rod Serling on the twilight zone. He looks like he has some potato sized balls with that ever so slight growl he had introducing his show back then. This crap is so obvious. George Carlin once said, "You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. They want people just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork and just dumb enough to passively accept these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the moment you collect it."
I think some millenials are, for these reasons, in a way tougher. Through GMO, chemicals, EMF pollution they were made weaker and dumber but still expected to accomplish the same things that their ancestors did. It's not their fault. But it's obvious the powers that be did a real number on us. My theory is whites were targeted primarily because they knew we would have had a revolution by now if we were at our full potential. One last thing. This seems to have affected white males more than white females, although it has affected both. White females sometimes seem to have more of an adult look and competence than their same aged male counterparts do these days. I think that's one of the reason studies are saying women are outperforming many men in the financial status, education department. This is why oftentimes when you see a millenial couple, the guy's wife/girlfriend looks like a woman while he looks like a boy.
This is not to say that millenials are not a huge part of the workforce. Millenials are chefs, uber drivers, factory workers, policemen, servers, business owners, firemen, Navy Seals, detectives etc.... And many bust their butts and do a fantastic job. But when you take a really good look at the older generations and compare them to younger generations it becomes pretty obvious that 20 to late 30 year old adults are typically not the same caliber as the older generations.
