Yeah it really is a shame to see him dragged into this mess. He doesn't deserve it. Anyway, it's good to see good people succeeding in life. The further away from this place, the better for him. Especially if he is by nature a cynic or a pessimist, this may not be the sort of place for him. But then again, this not being the place for someone is the best evidence of having a healthy mind one could get.

The way I understand it, I think most of his cynicism comes from the fact that he's getting fed up with the Philippines and the way things get done (or not done) over here. I wouldn't be surprised if he left and went back to Europe at some point...like I am doing in less than a month, after all.

He'll be okay wherever he goes, he's got the assets, the connections, and it won't hurt being married to an ambassador's daughter, either. Looks like things really did work out for him in the end. I don't see anyone here doing any better, that's for sure.

I think PD said once her parents have passed. But she's very well brought up and very cute if PAG's got the pictures right -- very much as I imagined her from PD's description. I do hope they have a happy and successful union, and I hope they move to Italy. I'm right across the Adriatic in Serbia and will be staying in the Balkans until Crazy Time is over in the U.S.

I've been likening these set-tos to dogs playing. They growl, bare their teeth and pretend to bite, but never clamp down and draw blood. They run around in circles like lunatics and sniff each other's butts. But I'm thinking now it's more like professional wrestling, especially now that they've formed tag teams, with long-time designated villains, Corny and PAG, joining the protagonists. A WWE-worthy performance.

Of course @gsjackson, it's all verbal figthing. I get to improve my English while lashing the lardy ass of one of the most repugnant people I have ever met, online and offline. If I were to find this sorry excuse for a man somewhere on the street, I am sure he would look like a meek, senile overweight man with a lot of fantasies and a lot of chips on his shoulders.
