Giving $2 bills to homeless people - how will they react?

Why would you do that? Those are out of print and a collector's item. They may be worth a lot someday.

Probably because he's getting old and wants to entertain himself. In America the homeless are probably some of the few remaining people you can still socialize with and what's the point of dying with a lot of money.

I think the government continues to produce $2 bills. A $2 bill won't ever be worth a lot of money because it's paper. Maybe someday if there was a new currency to replace the current one then mint condition $2 bills will be worth it to paper money collectors but otherwise the $2 will be worth less than $2 because of inflation.

It's nice to see someone intentionally giving to the poor because most people in America just ignore the mass poverty that exists in America.
