It's an American series about American girls who go to the UK to learn how to be a 'princess', apparently. The vid shows a quiz they faced which highlighted their lack of knowledge of other cultures. NONE of them knew the capital of Australia and a girl there couldn't find New Zealand on the map. These are questions that I would find borderline insulting to be asked. I'm really shocked! You were right!

The presenter despairs 'I asked them if they read papers or watch the news and they said no!" One of the girls said she thought the questions were unfair as they are no longer in school so don't need to know these things. Another girl says it is a wake-up call, that there's a 'whole world out there'. The British woman helping them says she suggests they all should find a newspaper.

They also had a lot of difficulty naming common musical instruments, the only way they could name any was if they were in Spongebob Squarepants. Isn't this a children's cartoon?

They also celebrated by going to a nearby pub, getting drunk and shouting. One girl says she needs to show everyone she is proud of America. They get upset about two British girls who came over, I'm not sure why, they didn't show what they said (past 'how many of you are there' and 'I'm intrigued'), but the Americans took it really badly and had a fight amongst each other, crying, etc. "

To be honest with you Wu, I have some pop culture learning to do. But that's only because I don't watch too much tv. Wikipedia, here I come.
