I was wondering if anybody has been to Germany. I thought there was a couple of guys here who have visited Germany. How are the German women? Are they approachable and friendly? Can you meet them when you are out in public (like at bookstores and grocery stores?).

I know prostitution is legal in Germany and people get 6 weeks of paid vacation a year from their employers.

It certainly sounds like the social dynamics in Germany are better than in the US. Has anybody here visited Germany?

I lived, studied, and worked in Germany for several years. All of what you say is or has been true. Not sure what's going to happen to their social benefits, now that the global economy is so bad, and austerity measures are ramping up. On the other hand, Germany's economy is doing very well, despite the most of the developed world not doing well.

The women in Germany are pretty liberal and easier to talk to than in the US. I don't find them as pretty as the Scandinavian women or the East European women, and I find them to sometimes be a bit butch and overbearing. I seriously dated a couple German women and I wouldn't do it again. For flings and one night stands, maybe that's something, but I wouldn't personally take it further. They also tend to be rather spoiled, like most West Euros, due to their posh lifestyle over the last 60 years. Focus on Spain or Poland, instead.

Interesting: the Anglo countries are having the least weekly sex (of polled countries), except for the Japanese, who just have sex with dolls and machines. Do they sell "The Orgasmatron" in Japan (see "Sleeper")?

Australia, Canada, UK and US right down at the bottom with only Japan below them. I wonder how much of that is down to incel?

I think that Germany is the easiest country for a foreigner to adjust to. I lived in the Netherlands near the German border. I remember in my expat group that there was a Serbian lady who didn't like the Netherlands at all so she moved to Germany and was happy there. The Netherlands is a small country and not really user friendly for outsiders. The cheapest country is Portugal and there is some incredibly nice scenery. When I was in Athens, it seemed more like a third world country. I don't think its a good place to meet women. Portugal also has a lot of Brazilians.

Posh lifestyle? I'm not sure how to read that. As long as you have housing with running hot water, power and access to affordable natural foods, that's considered posh??? I thought this was standard across much of Europe (and America) as they rebuilt after WWII, the people demanded it, the Government gave it too them, which explains the protest in EU and not here, they stand more to loose.

The difference between the EU, Japan and North America is that they have a large middle class. Other countries have massive poverty with tiny middle class and the rest belong in the ownership class, they own land or resources

Spain is in much deeper financial trouble than the three largest economies in the EU. Unemployment is high but because of the large social safety net, it hasn't gone into total chaos.

Poland has seen much investment from the EU (especially Germany) over the years, as Nokia, Opel and I think Fiat all have factories in Poland. One of my boys' (He's Black) long term gf is Polish and they met in New York, he lives on Long Island. She was blond, skinny with a huge rack (D's) and very attractive face. I suppose its safe to post a picture but I don't have it on my laptop and my desktop is down ATM.

Beyond this disagreement, I do agree with the rest of your post. German women tend to not to be as attractive as other White Women in Europe, I would agree that when Scandinavian are attractive its HARD TO BEAT. I'll never forget the girl me and my boy chatted up in the Oslo Airport while waiting for a flight to Bergen, Norway. Just clear her face up from ache and she was a true dime. She and her friend had just finish nursing school and took jobs up in Stavenger. I also found many attractive women in Bergen, almost scary.

That's not to say you can't find a very attractive girl in Germany you'll just have to dig a bit.

The Netherlands is expensive for basically no reason. I spent time in Amsterdam and feel I could live there. There's quite a large US Expat community there. I like tall women so that doesn't hurt you in The Netherlands, women tend to be at least 5'7 or so. I don't think that's an indictment on the country however, some countries really fit some people better than others. I'm a car guy and The Netherlands despite the bicycle culture is car friendly and so is Germany (obviously).

I'd say Germans are nastier than they lead on. A majority of porn comes from Germany, P4P's are basically nudist brothels. Many westerns are self conscious so they are given the option of wearing robes. Also every major German city has a RLD (Red Light District). That has a double edge to it though. Some women find that acceptable if you use those services if your single, while others are more prude and feel that its dirty. I've had those types of reactions myself.

Seems like Greece came out of the blue. Its never talked about in terms of where to go for women or sex for that matter. Maybe because when I think Greek I think Telly Savalas...

Maybe the Japanese need an outlet? Most Westerners I know in Japan do not complain of their gf's and wives not f***ing them, so maybe its who they are with?

Brazilians are a given and Russians aren't a surprise really either, why so many Western Men go in timid is beyond me. Russian women want their men to be men. Seems some Western men have a problem with that... That is the same problem in South America.... Many Western men go in timid, beat down and have no idea what to do.

Thanks DJ. Definitely a good analysis of Germany and some insight into a few other countries. Most Europeans are middle class probably not having too much money but have everything they need and a better social net than in America. Also good point about polish girls. I did not know that they liked black guys. I heard from an African friend of mine (or friend's friend) that he dated briefly this nice polish girl with a nice rack (I believe they were Ds).

Western men because of the ideal women's view of equality have grown to love mothers and be nice and kind. I guess in another view point, it might have helped some men find real gems in another culture. Possibly I am hoping to get married although I am in my mid-late 20s and thinking about marriage is still at least a few years away somewhat.

I might pm you about IT info. I am trying to see if you have any advice on people who are studying for certs.

America is a "sex prison" it's very hard to laid here. Prostitution is illegal in the US and of course meeting women in the US is also difficult. I think it would be great to live in a country where prostitution is legal, you could at least get your sexual needs met that way. Getting laid also increases your self-esteem and makes it easier to talk to women.

I would love to check out those P4P clubs in Germany and the prices looked good too, only about $75 to $100 US dollars!

I wonder how "flirty" German women are. Are they as approachable as women in eastern Europe or Russia? They certainly can't be as bad as American women!

That's true, I went to a bomb strip club in Toronto, don't ask for the name I forgot, but if you think Florida is cool for its full nude, full contact strip clubs, it has NOTHING on Canada, its like Mexico (Central an South American in general), they are basically f***ing you in Canada, for a cheap thrill its worth it... I didn't forget about Canada, its quite liberal around the idea of sex. Prostitution is tolerated, its not legal and Montreal seems to be the place to go, more so than Toronto or Vancouver for some reason.

I'm on ISG and got the idea of P4P's from there. I have been to both Palace and Oase in Frankfurt Main (central) area. Oase is actually in the suburbs of Frankfurt, while Palace is just on the edge of the central part of the city, both easy to get to with public transit. Getting the subway after closing time is kind of dodgy though, I wouldn't recommend it.

I heard Canada runs about $60-70US for French speaking Canadians (Montreal) and maybe less for Caribbean or African immigrants, I have to check that but I think I'm close.

Oase when I went (2007) was 65Euro entry I think. For 1/2 full service with kissing was 50E, for extras (Anal) its another 50E or extended time is also 50E. I spent about 100E each time because by the time I got to Europe and all the nonsense with the women I had lined up, I had been laid only once (in two years). I did a local in-call which was a Mr. "C" test run.

The first girl I was with was German actually, local girl, Toni was her name. Mexico is seriously cheap, about $25US for street girls, very basic (pay in PESOS!). Bar girls on-site is about $50-60US, some will start higher but can be worked down and service remains the same. As for hooking up with Germans, my luck has been HIT and MISS. My boy's friend he was off and on with, Ouchi is German and nice looking for a much older woman (think late 30's, early 40's), some of her friends are smoking hot though, especially one I can't remember the name of.

In fact I know quite a few German women (as I think about it) and I would say attitude is better overall than American women. Some men have complain of neurotic behavior from some German women, but I think that's possible with any woman from Western Culture. Takes an extensive "test drive" to really understand who you're dealing with.

The one thing I really can't stand is most Western Women are on their best behavior early in the dating phase of the relationship and the real "you" comes around especially in crisis or disputes.
