Ethan_sg made the same suggestion to me about keeping my hair top longer and fuller while the sides short.

Having more hair on top and a bit of bangs will give your face more definition and make it look less round

Try that and keep trying to cut your weight down to the 70s and I'm sure you will do better with the girls. You're already great with getting numbers - improving your appearance will help increase your conversion rate for sure

Jamesbond, since you're so good at Photoshop, maybe you can find a head on, passport like photo using Ethan's hair suggestions where you can blend in Winston's face. That way Winston can get a better idea of how he might look if he cut his hair that way.

I agree that longer hair on top is better and it makes your face look less round. It works for me.

I think you should try growing your hair a little long, and losing more weight. It would make you look a lot younger.
