Anyone else check out Cielo?

As it is, it is up over 100 % in the past year, and I believe it can become a global player in credit and payment processing. It is based out of Brazil, but also has operations in the US, and othe rplaces in SA. It is an OTC adr, and it's ticke ris CIOXY. At the moment, it is down a tad, just under 30. I think there is big opportunities in SA, especially Colombia and Brazil, and to a lesser extent Chile. Any thoughts? ( already have a stake in it, fair disclosure). I don't own it for the fair value or dividends (that is why I have othe rstocks), but for growth. It ha sa compelling story, and it's competitors have monsterous valuations (Master card @600, Visa@140). And since companies like Elektra do well down here with payment for item plans (similat to Aarons in the Us), I believe it has huge room to grow. I see it either becoming a major global player, or perhaps being bought by Visa, Mastercard, or maybe another financial institution.
