People need to understand the banks do not need bail in's, the central bankers can and do just counterfeit more money credits when needed.
It's all laid out in the communist manifesto with no middle class. They are hoping the dumb herd will go for this as just another fault with free and open unbridled capitalism so we need more social controls over the so called free market to correct the faults of a evil free market economy.

There is no need for bank bailins when they can take everything you have through inflation.

They want to move quick on wealth confiscation and burn it on both ends just to see how much they can get away with, also more blame on a free market economy which has never been seen. The user's have had their way and kept the game rigged for millennia's for the most part.
F Willaim Engdahl has a book called the " Gods of Money " in which he states it is recorded in text the last 500 years every economy has been taken over by the money lenders so from what he can see there has never been a free open market economy on a large scale.
