That's if they didn't submit a form. Musk and Trump are trying to clean up fake payments, I suppose, but having to turn in forms when you are overseas is a pain. Not every country has reliable mail. Do they ship notices internationally? I'm hoping for the expat retiree's sake this is a one-time-thing. Fill in the form once forever

I prefer to write with specific pens that contain the highest quality ink. I prefer the contoured pens which fit my fingers comfortably when I write. Sometimes I will make a cup of hot green tea (but not too hot) with some L-theanine or other natural herbal supplements. When I was working on my Ph.D., I would practice creative writing and also made an endeavor to publish a work of fiction.

That's not usually a problem. Usually you can print out government forms from their website or from a PDF document. That's how things are done now. Some forms can even be signed electronically in PDF using Adobe Acrobat and emailed back to the government or uploaded to a government website. Also mailing a paper document in the mail is very cheap and easy. Just go to a post office and pay a dollar or two.

You can even renew your driver's license online on the DMV website or submit your tax returns or even vote online in some states.

If a 90-year-old expat overseas doesn't know how to use the Internet, then that would be a problem.
