I prefer to write with specific pens that contain the highest quality ink. I prefer the contoured pens which fit my fingers comfortably when I write. That's not usually a problem. Usually you can print out government forms from their website or from a PDF document. That's how things are done now. Some forms can even be signed electronically in PDF using Adobe Acrobat and emailed back to the government or uploaded to a government website. You can even renew your driver's license online on the DMV website or submit your tax returns or even vote online in some states.
