Lots of Americans are not happy with their leaders. This is a measure of White anger. GOP voters twice as likely to support coup. No wonder Trump is doing well.

A normal person might see those numbers and think "Yeah, .gov had better get its act together", but .gov looks at those numbers (that spike from 40 up to +80 in September 2001) and thinks "Yeah, if things get too shaky, we may have to sacrifice another American landmark (and some collateral damage)."
