How is 'safe access to women for sexual interaction' the issue. Do you think rapists should be entitled to such access?

The issue here is that 'informed professional's may exemplify the saying, "When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail." They might also get jaded. One of the advantages to having a jury is that the accused is not at the mercy of a judged who is used to seeing criminals every day who may assume everyone who appears before him is guilty.

The 'professionals' could also tend to be ideologues who are not as friendly toward human rights for men.
