Do rates of bimbo-ism vary by country?

Or more specifically, is bimbo-ism worse in english speaking countries?
By bimbo-ism, I mean behaving all stuck-up; as if one's looks somehow excuse one from acting civil or giving them special rights and privilages. I'm saying this because from experience, of the girls I have met who've been both highly attractive and not stuck-up and bitch, the vast majority have been foreign.
In fact, the only good-looking blonde girls I've met who were non-stuck-up, non-bitchy and with a sweet side have all been Russian, Polish, Lithuanian, Czech and in one instance each; German and Austrian. Why is that? What forces are at play? What is fuelling the levels of bitchiness and bimbo-ism? Why is there this corellation between the level of hotness and level of stuck-up-ness?
What's more, why is it especially so among the blondes? Not to start stereotyping, but this is something I've noticed. The only nice English blondes I've met have been a bit too much on the chubby side.
I wonder whether it's got to do with the way people treat girls differently because of their looks, put them on a pedestal, or else allow them to get away with things they wouldn't allow their mates to just because of being female and being good-looking; what's refferred to in this forum as 'mangina'-ism? Anyway, if that's a the case, it's an absolute disgrace. God knows what grandma would think of the way some of these 'men' worship these hoes. I wonder whether that's partly responsible?
I can imagine America having even worse rates of bimbo-ism than the UK because of it's shallowness. At least here you can find pretty good-looking ones that are not too stuck-up, vain, bitchy etc. if you mix with the right circles. They do exist, but as with all english-speaking countries, are stille in a minority (and likely to be taken too
