What Small Business is Good to Open for a Filipina GF/Wife?

Rather then sending money to a gf/wife many guys are dreaming of opening a small business for them- cheaper in the long run, and they also become help rather than a burden on your wallet. The question is what small business is good.

Does anyone know? If you have done this, could you please share some experience/ scenarios?

Which business would be most likely to earn money steadily?
How much is an approximate budget to start? In the city/province?
What would be the cheapest business to start?
What would be an average profit per month (ball park figure)?

Any other advice would be most welcome.
