I was thinking about travelling to Asia soon but after reading this article South America might be a better choice. I was just wondering if anyone else is worried about the radiation coming out of Fukushima?

I think everything in the media is a big bag of BS. Overrated to satisfy consumers' demand for sensational journalism..

No, I'm not worried. Everybody dies one day.

My understanding is the government doesn't have to report radiation leaks under the new anti-terrorism laws thats why no is talking about it much on american and canadian news stations. Don't be fooled, its by far the worst nuclear accident ever and cancer rates should spike for a least the next 10 years now that all food and water supplies are heavily contaminated. I suggest only buying imported food and bottled water if possible.

It's quite possible that this will destroy the modern society. One psychic over a century ago predicted that in 2011, the northern hemisphere of this planet would be destroyed and no one could live there anymore.

The radiation from Fukushima is spreading all around the northern hemisphere of this planet, it is continuing to release massive amounts of radiation, and cover everywhere, USA, Europe, Russia, and Asia obviously.

I used to work in a radiation lab. I never really found it that scary - you can't see it, so it doesn't feel dangerous.

In Japan sidewalk cyclists are far more risky than radiation.

And radiation might be bad, but smoking is said to cut 7 years off your life expectancy!
