Getting my degree and transcript changed, best way?

if I have a degree and transcript but want the degree grade changed and transcript altered a bit, is it best just to go to Khao San Road, Bangkok. Am in the UK, so this is a bit inconvenient, but doable. Any other places? Where is the best place? I have jpg scans of the documents.
