Chinese "Anchor Baby" ad

For those who don't know what anchor baby is:

Brief translation: this is some guy running a "maternity hotel" in Irvine (California), for Mainland Chinese women to come and pop babies. The ad claims that middleman usually charge $350k RMB but he only charges $120k RMB for the same service, complete with recommendation to Chinese doctor and having your baby at Hoag hospital.
@ current exchange rate, $120K RMB = $19,550 USD. Looks like the price has gone down due to increased competition.
