So the max waist size is 33 inches for men but 35 inches for women even though men are taller and have larger frames? If a man is tall enough and has a large frame he could have a 34 inch waist even if he's in good shape. The ideal waist size for a man over 6 foot is over 33 inches.



On the other hand pretty much any Asian woman with a waist size of 35 is obese. So it's fine for women to be fat and even obese to a certain point but men have to be fit, and really lean if they are over 6 feet tall. They might as well just say the law doesn't apply to women.

No matter what it is these days, women are given special rights, advantages, consideration, privileges and exemptions. Life is made easy for them in every way possible.

33" is pretty tough. I am currently 32" and had to loose 60 pounds to get there. I don't think many Americans could make this.
