I read elsewhere that DIA uses a computer algorithm to ban people and the algorithm is flaky, so that sometimes it bans people for no good reason. Once banned, the algorithm remembers your computer fingerprint so you can never use that computer again to sign up. Owner doesn't care, since plenty more dummies signing up all the time so his income still high.

No, it is not in this way. They don't ban the PC but the phone number. This is the bigger problem.
