This video is not anti-foreigner in general, but I presume out of follow-up comments, that this is pointing to a single incident where a foreigner from Spain had sex in public (full intercourse) with a Chinese woman (prostitute?) - both were arrested, he was deported, what happened to this Chinese woman is unclear.

It would be good to see the entire text of this song written in standard Chinese, it is too difficult to understand but likely the translation is not the best and the song sounds like a dialect to me and not standard Chinese.

Maybe a native Chinese speaker on the HA-Forum can offer any comment?
