No sh-t, Sherlock. So, all the tragedies, genocides, rapes, murders which happen daily as well as the invasion by Ghengiz Khan which wiped out 70 million people happened to the victims because they were not nice to others? Including little kids?

So, airplane crashes, and volcanic eruptions happen because people were negative?
Oh, and while we are at it, before humans appeared, there were dinosaurs. Did they attract that meteor with their negative thinking, too?

To some extent, yes, although we know the holohoax as reported didn't actually happen.

Only young liberals who are backpackers say PC stuff like that. The older expats who are military vets and are older men don't say shit like that usually. They are more real, like John Wayne types. Not as fake. But they are private. The expats in NE Asia are also more reserved than the ones in SE Asia.
