Do you like them over all? Or do you find them to be stupid,egotistical and macho? Are they pleasant to know over all? Are they nice people?

I've spent some time on that tagged site and yes there are stupid looking and ugly philipino woman, but there are a whole bunch who seem fairly intelligent and sweet. They look like they are nice people.

Filipino guys are cool. They are by and large very friendly and respectful to Westerners and are helpful. However, many try to rip you off or are just so poor they ask you for help all the time. But generally, they are OK. Just don't get into arguments with drunk Filipinos. I got punched a few times. Otherwise, they are fine. They even encourage you to get a local girl all the time and to get married.

Don't worry, Filipino guys are nothing like macho Russian men.

They tend to be humble, kind, and easy going, at least to me.

On many expat sites though, they say the opposite. They say that Filipino guys hate them and envy them and get into fights with them. I have no idea why those expats' experiences are so different from mine.

Sure, some guys are scammers and hustlers, but you know them right away from their style. The decent ones behave differently.

The girls seem sweet and many are intelligent. The guys are cool too. Sound like a cool country.

Just don't let a Filipino guy act as a matchmaker for you. He'll try to dump one of his loser female relatives on you.
If a Filipino guy asks you if you have a gf, just say "yes" even if it's not true.
