Yes but the hotter they are, the higher they will be reaching and the higher maintenance they will be. Better to find a 7 with a good personality.

Absolutely - for a long term girlfriend an attractive woman 7, is a better bet than a model lookalike of say 10.
Go for a 10 for some fun, but holding on to one will be difficult for sure.

She's nice looking, you can find similar in anywhere in FSU/CIS. I am still puzzled by men still wondering/asking if they there are attractive women in those countries.
The answer is YES and you can drop that from your list. You'll find more attractive women than you'll know what to do with. However unless you are going to either marry one or spend time in their country they are not for short term pursuits.
Frankly these women deserve better anyway, so many of them will never be married or have children.

My dream is marriage to a beautiful woman from the FSU. I'm one year away from graduating from my business college so it might be a few years until I have the finances to visit.

First of all, she is NOT 10/10. She is about 7-8 at the most.
Second, YES. Many girls look like her and better. Much better.
Third, looks isn't everything. Look into her soul, spirit and goals in life. Who is she? That's a question to ask.

That's a very naive comment. There is a difference between "hot looks" and their perception of lifestyle. In other words, there are "hot women" and there are "decent looking extremely attractive women". Are you feeling the difference? English language is so f***ing poor that there is just 1 word for attractive women - "hot". "Hot" sounds dirty to me, "extremely attractive" or "very cute" sounds better. You have to differentiate between those two. Do you want a "hot slut" who is very demanding or do you want an "extremely pretty" girl who is decent, humble and reliable? Russian is much richer in this and other contexts, but I am going off-topic.
To make it shorter: there are very "hot" women that will make great wives and there plenty of ugly dumb girls that will be lazy wanna-be queens that will not be any better than your average American hoe. Again, it all depends and that's where language comes in. You have to talk to her to find out. I have a few girls right now out of hundreds I've talked to on Winston's dating site that I can marry tomorrow, these few girls are very decent. But that took me a long time to find them, I am also picky, since I "read" on who is the girl out of her looks and her profile, I "read between the lines" since I know the culture. So it does take time, but it can be done. You can get 8-9/10. I know I can. Of course, when you are broke ass poor and have no education or career, you have smaller chances. Everyone is educated in Europe, so when she finds out you are not - that rings a bell in her head. Be fare to your expectations, when you look like 4-5/10 and want to get a 9-10, that's an overkill! That may also ring all kinds of bells when such girl will marry you - she may be doing it for green card or for other reasons. You may also feel at constant risk of losing her. At the end, both of you will not be happy. There are so many 8's and 9's out there, I don't need a 10. And 10 in my opinion is a fashion queen or beyond.

Today I saw two hot girls at my college. They reminded me of Yulia because of their very toned bodies, supermodel looks, and to me just like Yulia's 10/10. I know I won't ever be dating while I'm here in America and Yulia is a perfect representation of what I would be seeking abroad.
My experience on VK hasn't been the greatest but I will admit I haven't messaged more than a few dozen girls. By the time I get around to traveling I would likely be in my middle twenties. When I get there and I see a beautiful 18 year old girl could I just go up to her and straight out ask her out and expect a yes. (I say 18 because I need to have young girlfriends because I [

will never] have the chance in America). In America going up to a random girl would be straight out 100% no.

Sounds like it would be a paradise
If I went there as a tourist and walked up to a random girl and asked her out should I expect a "Yes"
Here is America it's a definite that if a guy walked up to a random girl and asked her out he would receive a very mean "No!"

Well you must remember that those women are also approached by other men. It's not that easy to hook up, you need to be patient.
