Try Ukraine!

Post by Mr S »

I have been doing online research regarding the feasibility of living and working in various Eastern European countries. I found the following website:

http://www.tryukraine.com/

They seem to have a lot of good info about visiting/living and working in Ukraine. It seems to be a much easier country to visit and stay in then Russia. I suppose it's a better option also in regards to getting a long term business visa with multiple exit/entry.

I guess depending on how the local and world economy goes there over the next couple of years, I can see myself over there by 2011. I'm a bit Philippined out and need a change of scenery.

It is also not as cold as Russia. And you may enjoy the culture. And there are plenty of Russian areas there so you may be living among Russians without ever setting a foot in Russia. By the way, they are advertising for teachers there now on ESL cafe The pay is some $800 a month, which is not bad there.

Friendly? A bit more stuck up than Russian girls because guys treat them too nice. In Russia, good guys are harder to find so women are more humble. I would say Russia is better. But who knows?

As far as "hot" , here are some examples:

Tour

Post by Kris »

This is the AFA page about Kiev tours. Just found this on their site - blimey! I'm in at least 8 photos

http://www.loveme.com/tour/photos/women_tour_kiev_0703/

This picture is from the tour I was on in July or August 2003. This girl wouldn't even speak to me or the bloke in the picture. He is Canadian and spoke fluent Ukrainian too due to his heritage.

Image

This is me with Zhanna - very nice girl and we went out on a date but my conscience said she was too young (21)

Image

Embarassing - some sort of contest and I had to dance with all the women. Wherever you go - if you can dance a bit - they love it. I f you can't ....... learn.

Image

The picture below is of Mitch - American guy. When I met the group at the airport I thought that he was going to have a hard time but he got on great. We hung around together sometimes and took a couple of girls out to dinner. He had a laugh like Eddie Murphy so I used to tell the girls in the street - Hey - it's Eddie Murphy - filmstar, which would start him off again.

It wasn't all easy - a couple of thugs did barge him in the street one day and he said "Why do they do that?" I had no answer. They are just not as far ahead as us with society. Mitch said he had a great time when he was stationed in England with the forces - he said everyone was great, friendly and polite especially his neighbours in rural Oxfordshire. Nice to hear.

Same happens in Ireland-

In Ukraine they are not a nation of immigrants, have no history of colonizing blacks or any guilt complex towards them (as the Uk people or as the PC US people) and do not see the difference between a black American and black African. Too bad. They can be very intolerant in Ukraine even against people born there who are not ethnically Ukrainian. Yeah, not as far ahead as USA in those terms. But also not as hypocritical. Racists are very obvious there but so are friendly, good people. Not so in the Anglo sphere where people smile in your face but call you all kinds of names behind your back.

21 is too young? Again for an American or other Anglo Puritannical mind 21 is too young, but there is it a full adult and a mature woman. You are not in America/UK/ West there, are you? An American or other Western girl at 21 is a kid, a local girl there at 21 is ready for marriage and the age of the man does not matter. So why discriminate against her because of the strange ageist values that you are now imposing on their society and which you have brought from across the ocean/sea?

I agree Ladislav. One reason I went for 18-21 year old girls in Russia was because they were better looking and because I vibed better with their carefree attitude. I think how a woman carries herself and acts is more important than how old her linear age is.

I agree about dating college age girls. They are more attractive than older women, not looking to get married right away and probably have never been married or have any kids. That is exactly the type of girls I want to meet! Not some divorced mother, who is past her prime and is looking for some man to take care of her and her kids! Younger women also tend to be more fun and adventurous! Like dating expert Don Steele says, "young women are the best women on the planet!" He preaches to guys to only date women between the ages of 18-25 NO MATTER WHAT AGE YOU ARE! Yes, it can be done! He met his current wife when he was 53 and she was 19! They have been married for 10 years now. Here is his websites where he shares lots of good information.

The thing is people are too ageist in the West. You need to be a famous billionaire to get a young girl. Things change when you get to poorer Asia and E Europe. Oh, how money and lack thereof changes people. Simply amazing.

Btw, here are some more Ukraine promos:

Ageist

Ageist? Far from it. You had to be there - it was a vibe I had that she wasn't ready. She was still studying and working in a casino at night to pay her way. I asked her how much it cost for her studies (this is a girl that never asked for a penny or anything) and it worked out at about $100 so I gave her this money to help her out because she was a really nice person.

The one before that was 22 and I still recall thinking .... I'm *ucking a 22 year old :D

As for now, I can't imaging growing old with someone - hate the idea. People say "But you'll get old too!". I know , but I still don't want to wake up next to a wrinkly old prune. My relatives and friends say - "You want someone your own age." .... "No I don't!" I reply. "Yes you do!" ..... "No I *ucking don't!" ..... I think I should know.

While it surely is a 2 way street,
I think women are genetically less averse to older men than men are to older women.

A main reason men are attracted to women due to their fertility (higher at a young age, and near zero after 40).

A main reason women are attracted to men is their ability to provide. Uncorrelated, or maybe even positively correlated to age.

Society seeks to control these inclinations due to obvious reasons, but with woman's lib in the west, has tried to control the men more over the last century or so than the women.
