These are bikini coffee bars, not strip joints. We have um... couple dozen of these in central Orange County, mostly operated by Vietnamese owners. For about $30k-$50k you can open one yourself. Business and competition is tough (too many hands in the cookie jar). Years ago the best cafe's paid >$20/hr plus beneefits to the girls, including breast implants if they signed contract to stay for at least xx months. Now the wages have fallen to $12-$18/hr and girls hop between cafe's a lot.
