Sometimes guys can achieve it in less time and have better results. This is called roids, and this can sometimes give you man-mammaries, shrunken balls, and sudden fatal heart attacks such as what happened to Zyzz (you can look him up).
Girls? Easy not to get fat by #1 having goddamned self control with food #2 running a few miles a week and sprinting everyday. It is easy as f**k to stay in shape for girls. Even if they have gigantic mammaries and cannot run without backpain, they can dance, which easily allows them to stay in shape.
So when bitches bitch about physique, it makes me want to slap them to death. They have no idea what kind of effort it takes to get flawless abs and huge pecs and biceps and triceps and quads, and retain athletic ability and the ability to run miles. It ain't easy and healthy whole foods cost a lot of money because the government is actively trying to poison us.
So girls have it EXTREMELY easy in this life and should shut the f**k up and stop complaining.
I train mainly for strength and only 20% for the look/vshape, and I could give less of a shit what American women think of me. So luckily, if I lose gains or go backwards or have a minor injury, I don't freak out like some bodybuilders and guys I know who DO lift for girls. I pity them. Anyways. f**k American women. They are some the worlds ugliest kunts and they dare be picky about us males? Nobody wants them anyways, except losers, idiots, or people with mental issues.

Unless you have perfect genetics, getting a body good enough to impress a woman is almost like a full time job.
I am 5'7 of slight build.
I can spend a month going to the gym several times a week, and put on say 2kgs of muscle (I don't go to the him to impress women). But all it takes is for me to miss a couple of sessions, or get sick or something, and the muscle all gone in a few days, and I'm back to square one.
I travel. I still keep fit, but it's hard to have a good body shape that women like (again, I don't go to the gym to impress women, I do it for myself).
Women don't realize the hard work it takes.
And they complain because a man doesn't want them to be fat? f**k THEM.
Just go for a run…that's all they need to do. Eat whatever the f**k they like, but not too much. It's not complicated.
