Where is the Bubble in LatAm Real Estate?

I tend to agree with him, especially Costa Rica (since I think that their cooperation in the War on Drugs will blow up in their faces), but I am wondering overall which markets are getting overheated. Chile perhaps? Caracas definitely (even though you probably couldn't and wouldn't want to buy their anyways). Any ideas on this?

Brazil is another country whose economy has seen giant growth. They are also member of the BRICS group of nations. And their manufacturing is in an all time high. One of the major industries Brazil has is Embraer Aircraft. These days you see those Embraer airplanes in most airlines around the world. They also do a lot of manufacturing for Volkswagen and GM cars that are meant for the south american market and of course Brazil also has very lucrative oil reserves.
