There's so many different issues going on here with this restaurant I don't know where to start. I'll just give you an itemized list of the main points.

1. Americans have the most personality disorders of any country on the planet.
2. Anglo women are always right and never held accountable for anything their entire lives.
3. The best looking women are always the most dysfunctional.
4. Foreign born bosses are cheap as hell.
5. The best chefs in the world are men.
6. The absence of male employees at this restaurant is a major red flag.
7. 90% of business problems are caused by management

Shows like Kitchen Nightmares is "made for TV drama". Watch Gordon Ramsay's earlier shows and you can see a progression toward "made for TV drama" to US audience. The original UK shows were far tamer.

However, these "Amy's Bakery" folks are simply nuts.

I saw his other one, back in the UK. Was very good, but American shows, god it's retarded. People believe and enjoy watching it. Got a few gripes about some shows and how it is all staged. Son's of Guns, all staged and stupid(even though they are real gunsmiths).
