In America there are a few groups of people that generally are above the rest of society and are protected. Jews and gays are above society. Then it's the rest of non-whites. Then it's women as a group. If you're a man then your disadvantaged in America. If your a white man then you don't belong in America. If you are a traditional person and you have a feminist, feminist lesbian, or careerist bitch as a boss then you might as well consider yourself unemployed.

Companies constantly favor women, gays (LGBT), and non-whites for employment. They give them special treatment and extra consideration for employment. If you are a man, especially if you are considered white (non-Hispanic white and not Jewish) then the odds are you won't be getting that job. Merit doesn't matter. How good you would be doesn't matter. What matters is the fascist and totalitarian agenda of the cartels that run America and the corporatists. I see this all the time on the company recruitment websites. Almost every decent job in America has their "preferred employee classes." Every job now asks questions like gender, race, and military service status. They say it's anonymous but I don't think anyone that is intelligent truly believes that it doesn't 'secretly' play a role.
