What do you mean "better than reggaeton"? This IS reggaeton. It has the "dembow" beat that al reggaeton songs have.

freddy and kayanko, los principales,El chacal(amazing singer!),daddy Yankee.my fav song is agua and kimba pa que suene.
Never heard of these (except for DY of course). Are they Cuban?

my fav are persigueme, salgo pa la calle, and Farruko- "Cositas que Haciamos, although I generally don't like boricuan reggaeton.
Farruko is alright, but I am not a huge fan of la nueva escuela (Farruko, J Alvarez, Arcangel, etc.) I prefer the old school reggaetoneros like Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Wisin y Yandel, Tego Calderon.

I like Shakira (Gerald Pique--you lucky ba*tard!), but is she considered a "Latina," since she is Lebanese in terms of ethnicity?

"Latina" is not a race, it is a language/culture group. Shakira was born in Barranquilla Colombia and speaks Spanish, so yes, she is Latina. Her mother is Colombian (Spanish descent) and her father is Lebanese.
