From what I read, for years feminist in Great Britian tried to get his show off the air claiming it was sexist. However, it ran for 34 years before it was cancelled by the network. He received hate mail from feminist groups for years because he showed scantily clad women in his skits. He also had hot women doing dance rountines on his show. What these feminist fail to realize is that there is something called freedom of speech that allows show like his to be on the air. Benny Hill passed away in 1992 at the age of 68. His show was on the air until 1989.
