Even though I hate most things in India. I agree. Indian food is the best out there. Its like 10,000 years in the making, The minute details, the ingredients, cooking time, the utensils to use is fined tune to an art form.E Irizarry R&B Singer wrote:Indian food is probably the best food on the planet, and I'm a guy that loves Brasilian, Dominican (not the cheap Amerricanized street vender crap you see in Puerto Plata and southside Sto. Such gastronomical epicurean bliss.droid wrote:As always everdred,

I agree Indian food is great! those guys even make meatless dishes that make you lick your fingers.

Its so complex that many women would simply give up trying to make Indian food at home. Its layered with in layers of ingredients, even the way one cuts vegetables to size matters a lot in the end with taste. Its like what Swiss watch is to time, Indian food is to taste.
That being said, due to commercialization...Indian food has become just another way to make money through corporations. The ingredients, spices are not fresh enough and now a days, they even add MSG in Indian food..The quality of Indian food all over the world even in India have gone down as it has too become a business. Nothing is sacred anymore.
A fine art form has been reduced to a fast food money making enterprise.
