I'm going to fast-forward here. This is yet another shade-throwing identity group post. This is why I don't do labels. Everyone is full of it. This group says "we are the way!", that group says "no they aren't; try us!". Before this paleo nonsense came upon, the typical first world diet was the problem and vegetarianism was the way to a long life. Then vegans came along and said "no!". Now, paleo-heads are like, "F them all! we are the true sons of diet!". Can a group ever support their own platform without using shade? I'm curious.
